Brow Lift, Lower eyelid fat transposition, Extended Deep Plane Face and Necklift
This patient had facial aging concerns and decided to let me offer her what I thought would restore her to her previous state. She had previous upper eyelid surgery but still felt hooded. She disliked her neck and profile.
Patient had a deep neck lift with debulking of her salivary glands and deep muscle along with a lower facelift. A browlift was performed. An incison was made inside the eyelid to redistribute the fat bags into her lower eyelid hollow.
