Deep Plane Face and Neck Lift

This patient had lost a significant amount of weight and felt that her cheeks and neck had sagged as a result of this. She wanted to be restored to a beautiful and youthful state while looking very natural.

An extended deep plane face and necklift was performed in order to reposition her cheeks, correct jowling and tighten her neck.  A temple/lateral brow lift was performed to help the skin redrape upward in the proper vertical vector. Her Buccal fat was reduced and it was used as a fat graft into her lower eyelid "tear trough" to improve the hollow area.  Her facial shape is much improved and we are so happy for her.
